review minutes, corrections and failed or abandoned attempts.

## Results
Report sample size, acceptance rate, cost per accepted result and uncertainty.
Do not exclude failures or treat activity counts as useful outcomes.

## Reproduction
Provide sanitized inputs, exact steps, expected artifacts and known limitations.

## Reviewer decision
Accepted / needs revision / unsuitable, with reasons and conflicts disclosed.
